World Record Element

Using Flash Mob pillow fights as an example;

While ordinary pillow fights have existed for a long time, these events are massive in scale, occur in public and are promoted primarily via the Internet. Many massive pillow fights have been organized in an effort to break Guinness World Records, but the current record is a pillow fight among 10,000 at the Catalyst Conference in Atlanta, Georgia October 6, 2006. Others have been organized by university students around the world for fun.

Research into a mass-whiskey drink World-Record needs to be researched to determine the scale and exact nature of the attempt
and how it is incorporated into "Whiskey in the Park" as a whole.

Photoshop Template One

This is my first idea for "Whiskey in the Park 2011"

I wanted to incorporate an Urban Feel to the design via typographic elements to reference the fact that the event will take place
in an Urban London park.

I also wanted the Sponsor's branding visuals to feature heavily.

Event Development

I think my event needs refining from simply a world-record Whiskey-drink attempt.

I need to take the following into consideration
;

Location; Large Public Open-Space.

Sponsorship; (Whether one Brand is sponsoring the event or several).

Event Timeline; What activities the event actually entails and the organisation of these activities.

I also need to decide if it is a 'flash mob' type-event, or something more specific.

The event name "Whiskey Time" may also be too-basic. I may have to consider something more creative and innovative

Greenwich Park is a famous urban park, easily accessible and very well-known

Whiskey Time

My event is a world record attempt for the most people drinking Whiskey in the same place at once. The idea is that we get 2000 people in a public space and each person will drink a shot of Whiskey at the exact same time.
